Job Description

As a Senior Revenue Analyst, you will own revenue optimization and pricing strategies across a portfolio of properties. You’ll drive Revenue and RevPAR performance, forecast demand, analyze competitive markets, and partner cross-functionally to maximize profitability and guest experience.

Employment type: Indefinite term type contract
Shift: Day shift, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST; weekends off
Work setup: Work from home, Colombia

The Qualifications We Seek

  • 4+ years of revenue management and strategic rate pricing experience across multiple properties
  • Strong ownership mindset with a drive to continuously improve outcomes
  • High accountability with a bias for action and decision-making
  • Analytical and data-driven approach to solving complex business problems
  • Comfortable navigating change in fast-paced, evolving environments
  • Strong individual contributor with a team-first mindset and ability to manage up effectively
  • Passion for revenue optimization, consumer behavior, and hospitality dynamics
  • Excellent communication skills with disciplined documentation and regular status updates

Your Daily Tasks

  • Fully own and lead revenue optimization for an assigned portfolio of properties
  • Innovate and help build internal revenue management processes and SOPs
  • Define inventory and rate strategies across all segments and channels
  • Build and execute pricing strategies to achieve Revenue and RevPAR targets
  • Track and analyze revenue management KPIs daily, weekly, and monthly
  • Conduct competitive market analysis to outperform local competitors
  • Forecast monthly performance using quantitative market data
  • Partner with sales teams to build rate strategies that support occupancy during low-demand periods
  • Collaborate with brand and marketing teams to optimize channel mix and budget allocation
  • Work with operations teams to align pricing with guest experience insights
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and thought partner supporting product development initiatives
